Jeanine (Jen) Kiehl-Miller is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hospice Support Specialists, a nationally recognized consulting firm dedicated to helping hospice organizations strengthen compliance, improve operational performance, enhance clinical excellence, and achieve sustainable growth. A registered nurse, healthcare executive, author, educator, and nationally sought-after speaker, Jen brings nearly 30 years of experience leading hospice, palliative care, home health, and post-acute healthcare organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and increasing regulatory complexity.
Throughout her career, Jen has served in executive leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, National Director of Clinical and Operations, Director of Business Development and National Accounts, and healthcare consultant for organizations across the United States. She has successfully led multi-state operations, integrated complex healthcare organizations, directed De Novo hospice and palliative care programs, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and partnered with executive teams to improve quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Jen is widely recognized for her expertise in Medicare regulatory compliance, hospice eligibility, quality improvement, operational transformation, leadership development, and strategic growth. She has extensive experience guiding organizations through Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) reviews, ADRs, SMRC, UPIC, and other Medicare contractor audits while helping providers establish proactive compliance programs that reduce risk and strengthen long-term organizational performance. Her consulting philosophy is rooted in the belief that exceptional patient care, operational discipline, and strong clinical leadership are the foundation of both regulatory success and sustainable growth.

Jen earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity, reflecting her lifelong commitment to servant leadership and compassionate care.
