Dianne Wojciechowski is an accomplished hospice executive, licensed clinical social worker, and healthcare consultant with more than two decades of leadership experience helping hospice organizations achieve operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. Throughout her distinguished career, she has successfully led organizations ranging from individual community-based programs to multi-state hospice operations serving thousands of patients and generating more than $100 million in annual revenue.
Before joining Hospice Support Specialists, Dianne served in senior executive leadership roles including Area Vice President, Regional Vice President of Operations, Division Director, National Director of Executive Operations, Executive Director, and Hospice Social Worker. Her extensive leadership experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of every level of hospice operations, allowing her to partner with organizations facing both day-to-day operational challenges and complex strategic initiatives.
As an Associate Consultant with Hospice Support Specialists, Dianne specializes in hospice operational improvement, leadership development, regulatory compliance, survey preparedness, quality and performance improvement, QAPI program development, intake and admissions optimization, orientation and competency programs, and organizational growth strategies. She has extensive experience supporting organizations through start-up development, program turnarounds, workflow redesign, leadership coaching, and process improvement while helping organizations build cultures centered on accountability, excellence, and compassionate patient care.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach, Dianne partners with hospice leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and implement sustainable solutions that improve both patient outcomes and organizational performance. She is passionate about mentoring leaders, strengthening interdisciplinary teams, and helping hospice organizations navigate today’s increasingly complex regulatory environment with confidence.
Dianne earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Saint Francis University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
