Throughout her distinguished career, Robin has held executive leadership positions including Vice President of Clinical & Compliance, Regional Director of Clinical Excellence & Integrity, Regional Director of Clinical Operations & Compliance, and Regional Director of Clinical Operations. She has provided strategic oversight for multi-state hospice organizations, led clinical integration following acquisitions, implemented enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, and guided organizations through periods of significant operational growth and transformation.
As a Consultant with Hospice Support Specialists, Robin specializes in Medicare regulatory compliance, survey readiness, government audit response, clinical operations, pre-bill auditing, QAPI, leadership development, and performance improvement. She has extensive experience supporting hospice organizations through ADRs, TPEs, SMRCs, and other Medicare contractor audits while helping providers establish sustainable compliance infrastructures that improve documentation, strengthen clinical practice, and protect reimbursement.
